Synopsis: In April 2018, ITALCONSULT S.p.A., a global civil engineering firm headquartered in Rome, Italy, and BOSWELL Engineering Inc., a US multidisciplinary engineering firm, headquartered in New Jersey and New York, entered into a definitive Agreement in which ITALCONSULT will acquire 100% of the outstanding share capital of Boswell Engineering. Founded in 1924, Boswell Engineering Inc. is a family-owned fully integrated engineering firm offering a comprehensive range of multi-disciplinary services including: civil, structural, construction management, inspection, environmental, municipal, site, survey, transportation, traffic, underwater, marine, water, and wastewater. With $35 million in annual revenues and more than 250 employees, Boswell Engineering is regarded as one of the largest and most diverse engineering firms based in the Tri-State Area.
